Our suggested programs begin with "Basic Programs" designed to meet nutritional needs on a daily basis. Our "Special Purpose Programs" are designed to address more specific health concerns.*

The best way to start is to select your basic nutritional program from the "Basic Programs" list. If the product description sounds as if your needs will be met by the basic program, then you are ready to make your purchase.

If you would like to add a Special Program to your Basic Program, simply select a Special Program from the list. When you are satisfied with your selections, you are ready to place your order.

Many customers prefer to design their own programs either independently, with their health professional or in conjunction with our highly trained sales professionals.
